Giving technical support solutions to customer through phone calls.
Providing a good quality installation that meet customer satisfaction.
Maintain quality services that assures customer the solutions provided are professional and technical knowledge based.
Performing tutorial/turnover that teaches them on how to operate of what kind of installation have been provided ( i.e CCTV Operating).
Report and provide feedback to admin using the Progress Report.
Provides service reports by maintaining records of client customer needs.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating the problem; developing solutions to provide the needs of customer; and making efficient solutions on the problem.
Coordination to Sales and Technicians in terms of installation.
When in customer site for service, we recommend changes in products or service if the item has encountered problems.
Troubleshoot when servicing to minimize cost of the customer if within its warranty; if it's on repair we should give the exact solution that will provide the customer needs.
Building, developing and maintaining business to customer relationship.
Monitors installation in customer site and managing technicians and items that will be used in customer site.
Responsible for maintaining PC / laptop in good conditions and always at designation area
