Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Team Leader. The IT Support Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of technical support professionals, providing troubleshooting and IT service management, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will also involve overseeing the IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • Technical Support and Information Technology skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • IT Service Management knowledge and experience
  • Experience in maintaining and managing IT infrastructure
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA are a plus
