Title : IT Support Supervisor
Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site)
Salary : AED 8000 to AED 10000 + Accommodation + Standard Benefits as per Law
Job Type : Permanent Role (Relocation is must if the candidate is outside UAE)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of IT support staff.
- Allocate tasks and manage schedules to ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training for skill enhancement.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT support team, ensuring efficient handling of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and mobile devices.
- Develop and implement IT support policies and best practices to optimize workflows.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for AV/Audio equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with AV/Audio teams on integrating IT solutions with AV systems.
- Stay updated on emerging AV/Audio technologies and their applications within the IT domain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Basic knowledge or experience in the AV/Audio industry is a must.
- Basic understanding of AV systems, including audio equipment, video conferencing tools, and multimedia setups.
- Familiarity with IT systems, including hardware, software, and network configurations.
