Responsibilities:
- To troubleshoot and fix problems encountered in the hardware and software application, system and network, and all other related IT concerns.
To set up and deploy new/ service workstations to the users and serve as a helpdesk for other IT concerns.- Software and hardware installation and maintenance
Software and hardware troubleshooting
- Responsible for the maintenance of all the servers, computer hardware, and peripherals.
Server and System access support- Prepares monthly backup of all the files (external backup) and daily monitoring of the backup server, LAN, WAN connection, and Network Support (UTP cabling and routing)
Assist the organization in preparing a risk-free IT Infrastructure plan.
- Provide assistance to all the departments as the need arises.
Minimum Qualification:
- Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Work Experience:
1) Has an experience in computer networks and systems maintenance, 2) Has an experience in troubleshooting, supporting, and repairing IT equipment or networks malfunction.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in database programming and software installation., Ability to relate with different levels of personnel, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and Good problem-solving skills.Certification / License required: Certification or a Diploma in Hardware Servicing, Information Technology, and like is an advantage.
