Job Description:- Attends user inquiries or concerns in the application, functional and technical sections
Analyzes system problems or issues and recommends solution- Ensures issues are logged to the ticketing system
Explains the scenario well when reporting issues and provides necessary details like screenshots, logs, and templates for references.
- Provides feedback on the reported issues and activity statuses
Prepares the environment to be used for testing- Contributes to process improvement
Conducts regular server checking for disk space sizes
- Recommends solution to improve system performance
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
