Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preffered;
  • Hands-on systems development & programmig experience (Linux, MySQL, Bash);
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of IT Service Desk Experience;
  • Soft Skills Needed: Customer Service, Quality Focus, Flexibility, Attention to Detail;
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple applications or resuources at the same time;
