Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Staff with expertise in or ERP systems to join our dynamic team. - Provide Technical Support:
Respond to IT support requests from employees and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Closely collaborate on 3rd party in Troubleshooting and resolving problems related to Odoo or other ERP systems.
Offer remote and on-site assistance to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades:
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and security configurations.
Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
Conduct training sessions for employees on the effective use of other ERP tools.
Create user guides and documentation to assist employees in utilizing the system effectively.
Assist in data migration, data entry, and data cleansing activities within the ERP system.
Ensure data integrity and security in compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaboration with Vendors:
Work closely with third-party vendors to resolve escalated technical issues related to Odoo or ERP systems.
Communicate effectively with vendors to report and resolve software or hardware problems.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the IT department.
Propose and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support roles with focus on ERP related system
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Relevant certifications in IT support and Odoo/ERP systems would be a plus.

Salary: 20,000.00 per month or above based on experience
Supplemental pay types: - 13th month salary
