Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Preventive maintenance of hardware and software updates.
Hardware and software troubleshooting and problem isolation.
  • Deployment of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Provides basic support for client software applications in case Helpdesk Level 1 Support won't be able to solve the problem or inquiries.
  • Research various problems to provide appropriate responses to end-users or departmental staff, be able to do basic troubleshooting and assist users through simple procedures.
Virus coordination.

Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
Strong analytical skills and keen on detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,
  • 00 - Php19,000.00 per month
