Job Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance of hardware and software updates.
Hardware and software troubleshooting and problem isolation.- Deployment of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Provides basic support for client software applications in case Helpdesk Level 1 Support won't be able to solve the problem or inquiries.
- Research various problems to provide appropriate responses to end-users or departmental staff, be able to do basic troubleshooting and assist users through simple procedures.
Virus coordination.
Job Qualifications:- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
Strong analytical skills and keen on detail.
Good communication skills.
