  • Role Overview

The IT Support Specialist is a key role responsible for ensuring the seamless integration, optimization, and management of the company's core business platforms, including CRM (HubSpot), customer service platforms, EDI/SAP, and more. This role drives system efficiency, implements new platforms and services, and ensures data-driven decision-making through effective reporting and dashboard management.

Additionally, the Specialist will lead new platform and service projects from initial setup to launch, educating teams, and ensuring successful transitions. The role also involves managing business reporting and dashboards, providing insights that help steer strategic decisions across the company.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • System Integration:
Lead the setup, integration, and ongoing management of the company's core business platforms (CRM, inventory, customer service, EDI/SAP, etc.).
  • Ensure all systems are optimized for smooth operation and proactively troubleshoot any issues.
The primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, working closely with platform support teams to resolve integration issues.
  • Learn and adapt clients platforms for optimal collaboration and performance.
Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate the successful implementation of new platforms and services, overseeing projects from initial setup to full launch.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system configurations meet business requirements.
  • Provide training to staff on new systems, ensuring a smooth handover to respective teams for continued operations.
Data Reporting and Dashboards:
  • Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting systems to track performance metrics and support business goals.
Generate regular business reports for leadership, offering data-driven insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for business optimization.
Operational and IT Support:
  • Handle essential IT operations, such as setting up email accounts, managing system access, and user permissions across platforms.
Provide general IT troubleshooting support as needed, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.
  • Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing CRM systems, SAP, or similar business tools.
  • Strong experience in leading system integration projects from setup to full launch.
Expertise in creating and managing business reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting system and integration issues.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support teams on technical platforms.
  • Familiarity with IT operations, including user account and email setup.
  • Skills:
Advanced knowledge of data analysis, dashboard creation, and business reporting tools.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Proactive, solution-oriented approach to system management and process optimization.
