About the Job
Our esteemed client, a high-risk work training, and safety courses provider in Australia, is looking for aSystems Support Specialist, you will assist in the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the clients Salesforce platform and IT systems. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that Salesforce and IT systems meet the evolving needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Support
- Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce, including managing user setup, profiles, and roles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as data integrity and database cleanup.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Upload monthly revenue results and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with Pardot marketing campaigns and automation, including email templates, landing pages, and lead scoring.
- Provide end-user training and support to increase user adoption and proficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation of Salesforce processes, policies, and configurations.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.
General IT Support
- New user creation, IT onboarding and offboarding
- Microsoft 365 licensing management
- Adobe licensing management
- Acrobat licensing management
- Roll out of any new licensing/platform for future purchases
2. Remote network and system monitoring and support
3. Antivirus & firewall management
4. Remote user device monitoring and support (laptops, tablets, NUC's and mobiles)
- Remote support for staff having login issues or minor technical difficulties
- Remotely wipe any lost/stolen devices
- Keep register of users/devices/locations and advise as they come close to warranty or end of life
5. Intranet/Sharepoint and basic PowerApps support
- Create simple forms and workflows and edit existing app workflows
- Edit pages and add/remove apps
- Assist in basic migration of some data from old Sharepoint to new
- Backup for managing Sharepoint access to users/user groups
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform, including standard objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
- Strong understanding of Office 365 services and applications.
- Knowledge in antivirus & firewall management
- Basic knowledge in Sharepoint & PowerApps
- Experience with data uploads and management in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.
- Understanding of Pardot and its integration with Salesforce for marketing automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in Salesforce administration.
