Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to team members to quickly get the root of their problem
Providing timely and accurate feedback- follow up with team members to ensure the problem is resolved.
Supporting the roll out of new applications and providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Managing multiple cases at one time, testing and evaluating new technologies
Troubleshooting all technology issues related to hardware, mobile devices, cloud based platforms, cloud security and mobility- Maintain and update hardware/software asset management
Maintain information security and data privacy from an IT point of view
