Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Checks all IT equipment such as PC/POS, network printer, internet connection, telephone lines and other peripherals.
Assists employees on problems encountered in their PC units, if there is any.
  • Troubleshoots and makes repairs if intermittent and malfunctioning machines both software and hardware.
Contacts service provider and reports defective machines under warranty.
  • Accomplishes reports from the POS such as department totals, recaps, item movement terminal productivity, & operator performances.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior or the Duty Manager.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology or any Computer Science course related.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as an IT employee is required for this position.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Can relate in all levels of organization.
