Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer who can go beyond just troubleshooting and fixing technical issues. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in keeping our business running smoothly by ensuring our technology, networks, and software are optimized for success. You'll handle everything from managing Google Workspace and VPNs to securing devices and supporting end users. More importantly, you will use your IT expertise to proactively identify and solve problems, driving efficiency across the organization. Working Hours: 9pm to 6am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10pm to 7am PHT (NOV-MAR)
What You'll Do
- Meet with the IT team regularly to discuss open issues, assign work based on open tickets, and review any pending work.
- Plan and implement improvements to our distributed environment, including preparing for upcoming security updates, streamlining the new employee onboarding process, and proactively monitoring remotely managed systems.
- Lead IT projects from start to finish, including creating project proposals, researching solutions, and working with internal teams or external vendors to successfully complete the projects.
- Collaborate with management to solve IT issues and provide recommendations.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal network performance across all company locations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to address recurring IT issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes for internal use and external reference.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and guides for both end users and IT team members.
- Automate manual tasks by creating new tools or improving existing ones to help the team work more efficiently.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of professional IT experience, with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cloud+, or Security+.
- Proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems, with scripting experience and strong knowledge of hardware and software.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Office 365 Admin, IT service management platforms like Jira, and mobile device management (MDM) systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and both verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 49lbs. and stand/walk as needed with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward.
- Access to a working laptop/PC, stable internet, and backup connection.

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
