Cloud Network Engineer

Marcura is looking for a Cloud Network Engineer with deep knowledge of Fortinet. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining complex network infrastructure in cloud-based environments. We require someone who has experience configuring network devices, deploying network security solutions, and troubleshooting complex networking issues.

Your new day-to-day will be:

Design and maintain complex network infrastructure in cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or other similar environments.

Deploy, configure, and manage network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and VPNs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and maintain network solutions.

Troubleshoot complex networking issues and provide timely resolutions.

Monitor and manage network performance using network monitoring tools.

Provide support for network infrastructure and security for cloud-based applications.

Perform periodic security assessments and audits to ensure network security.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud network engineering.

minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud network engineering, with a strong focus on Fortinet.

in-depth knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions, including FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, FortiWeb, and FortiSandbox.

Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS

Monitor and manage corporate Wi-Fi networks (FortiAP, Ubiquiti, and Cisco APs).

Experience in deploying and configuring cloud-based network solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP, or other similar environments.

Strong experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, IPS/IDS, SIEMs, and DDOS protection

ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues and provide timely resolutions.

Constantly monitoring the support tickets related to networking issues and resolving them in a timely manner.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams

This is what we really need from you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Fortinet NSE 1-3 and Cisco CCNA Certified
• More than 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer
• More than 5 years of experience with FortiGate Firewalls
• More than 4 years of experience with Cisco products
