Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall IT deliverables- Lead the POS installation, set/up, and mall coordination for new store openings
Plan, prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure timely delivery of services and requirements
- Monitor and organize the workflow of team members
Create and/or update existing procedures based on requirements to further organize and smoothen delivery of IT services- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and projects.
Lead and develop team members technical capabilities and expertise
Manage the procurement, deployment, and retirement of IT assets including hardware, software, and peripherals (in collaboration with HR and Procurement Departments).- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including inventory levels, locations, and ownership.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT assets to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction (in collaboration with Internal Controls).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in IT asset management or related roles.- Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in asset management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in IT asset management (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Certified Asset Management Professional).
Experience with asset tracking and inventory management systems.- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards.
- Understanding of retail operations and business processes
