Team Leadership: Supervise a team of IT professionals, including assigning tasks, scheduling, setting goals and providing guidance and support.- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the IT department.
IT Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring systems and networks are functioning effectively and efficiently.
- Generates and analyzes recurring incidents and root-cause analysis to provide service improvement.
Monitor and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and optimal performance.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to employees.
Provide support for critical and major incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
Assess the organization's technology needs and make recommendations for hardware, software, and system upgrades or enhancements.- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and procure IT equipment and services.
Provide training for the members of the organization, especially the non-technical staff.
- Create a schedule for the support specialists to ensure IT coverage 24/
Asset monitoring and management weekly generation and sending of reports requested by the clients.
