Supervising and managing the IT department, including hiring, training, and evaluating IT staff- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
Designing, developing, implementing and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems
Acting in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy- Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time
Auditing systems and assessing their outcomes
- Preserving assets, information security and control structures
Managing and coordinating all IT-related matters including systems integration, data, wireless communications, security, and other telecom matters.- Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness
