JOB DESCRIPTION:- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users f or hardware, software, or network-related issue
Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles devices, and other IT equipment to diagnose and resolve hardware or software failures
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement solutions to optimize network performance and reliability and conduct regular network audits and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- With at least have minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a corporate environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently- Willingness to contribute ideas, learns from others, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
