Duties and Responsibilities:- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users as well as necessary hardware
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary- Able to use English as the working language
Bachelor's/College Degree or above in IT or other related fields/ courses- 1+ years of IT support experience (hardware and software support)
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, and programming languages as necessary
- Good communication and coordination ability and team awareness
High attention to details and accuracy
- Reliable and responsible, flexible, innovative and vibrant, proactive and self-motivated
Good practical IT skills and knowledge- Good communication skills and knowledge
Adaptive to working pace of Startup Company and willing to grow with the company
Having working experience in BPO, financial industry, and/ or Fintech is preferred.
