Job description:- Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining workstations, systems (Point of Sales, Online Attendance, Inventory Etc.), and networks.
Responsible for safe keeping and archiving of contracts, IT documents, and Employee Accountability agreements.
- Provide orientation and workshops to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
Conduct training and guide store personnel on proper usage, basic troubleshooting, and installing end-user hardware devices and applications via remote software or call.- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Create and Update Employees company-issued email accounts.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests- Repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology degree or related course.
With at least 1 year of experience in an IT-related field.- Excellent foundation in building Network Infrastructure.
Familiar with Network systems installation, Routing, Switching, NAT, Bridge, Vlan, WAN, LAN, and IP port forwarding.
- Knowledgeable in Hardware and software troubleshooting and monitoring.
Familiar with System upgrades and Program installations- Strong Knowledge of CCTV maintenance and Implementation
Knowledgeable in microsoft excel and it's function.
- Willing to be assign in Tandang Sora Quezon City
Willing to work Monday- Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm
