- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field;
- Good oral and written communications skills
- With at least 2 years work experience, but fresh grad is still accepted to apply;
- Excellent understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting.
- Able to work effectively in a team;
- Good at time management.
