Provide technical assistance in resolving software-based computer problems in today's digital office environments.- Managing digital assets and infrastructure
Troubleshooting technical and operational issues and IT issues at the workplace.
- Responding to employees's queries and requests
Ensuring the security of company data- Maintaining and upgrading existing hardware devices
Installing new software and collaboration tools
- Maintaining and upgrading inventory of company assets, such as laptops, computers, storage devices, and peripherals.
The candidate must be a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology graduate or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of work experience as an IT staff member or assistant in a telecommunication or construction company.
Preferably a resident of Marikina City- Knowledgeable in handling computer hardware, software networking, cybersecurity, and office equipment repair.
