QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:
- A graduate of BS in Computer Science/ BS in Information Technology/ BS in Computer Engineering or a related field is required.
At least 1-2 years of working experience as an Application Support and Help desk Support- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform multi-tasks
A Team-player and comfortable on a fast paced working environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot general computer / server problems.
Ensures computer machines / printers are working in order.
- Respond and address end user's concerns related to IT and escalated needed.
Documents details in calls, emails, update ticketing system appropriately.- Performs testing and evaluation on new system functions.
Creation of System Training Materials and System Manuals as needed.
- Creation of user accounts on specific systems as needed.
Maintenance of specific system user access- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
