Duties & Responsibilities
- Uses established diagnostic techniques to perform troubleshooting and repair procedures on inoperative and/or malfunctioning computers, peripheral devices, multimedia equipment and communication devices;
Carries out thorough analysis to identify recurring problems/trends to establish root causes;- Performs basic troubleshooting and analysis procedures to identify and correct network access and connectivity related problems and thoroughly analyze recurring problems/trends to establish root causes;
Sets up and configures computer-based technology resources using established industry protocols;
- Builds and assembles computers from appropriate parts and components and configure local machine operating systems using appropriate domain requirements and network options;
Performs operating system (OS) and application installations/updates on networked computers;- Maintains appropriate maintenance and repairs records and logs;
Inspects, maintains, and repairs/replaces as necessary network cabling, voice/data jacks and other network-related equipment;
- Provides on-site support for students, teachers, administrators and school buildings to both proactively and reactively address day-to-day technology concerns and issues;
Performs physical duties associated with the delivery and relocation of technology equipment which includes maintaining the appropriate inventory documentation;- Successfully fulfills work order requests in a timely and appropriate manner;
Multitasks in time-sensitive situations while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency expectations;
- Develops job-related planning goals and project task lists, and prioritizes job/work requirements with a minimum of supervision;
Provides appropriate technical advice and assistance to other staff, students and faculty in support of conducive learning and modernized teaching goals and objectives;- Possesses adequate understanding of information system design, programming, implementation and management ;
Possesses adequate knowledge of current and emerging issues and trends in e-learning theory, research, and practice;
- Performs tasks as may be assigned by his/her Immediate Head from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
At least 1-2 yrs experience as an IT Staff;- Basic PC Trouble shooting;
Basic LAN and WAN configuration & installation;
- Knowledgeable in MS office/ Office 365;

- 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
HolidaysSupplemental Pay: Bonus pay
