IT SPECIALIST to join the team!

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The support specialist will work cooperatively with the rest of the corporate staff to manage and support our internal infrastructure utilizing our ticketing management software.
- The ideal candidate will be capable of responding to and resolving support tickets from agents, employees and management for troubleshooting over the phone, through our ticketing system or via remote monitoring.
Responsible for user account creation in Google Business and internal systems such as Okta and Zoom.- Supporting and troubleshooting computer issues, peripherals and software, troubleshoots supported applications, assists with maintaining user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
Provides support for personal iOS Devices.
- Provides exceptional customer service to our agents and employees.
The ability to troubleshoot and solve all types of technical and app-based issues is one of the most important aspects of the role.- Real estate knowledge and experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of ticket systems specifically Freshdesk, GSuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Apple products, computer peripherals for both Apple and Windows devices, as well as iOS devices.- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
Assisting with computer platforms such as Windows and Mac.
- Maintaining user account information.
Identifying researching and resolving technical problems.- Responding to telephone calls and email requests for technical support.
Tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Troubleshooting email on iOS devices.
Performs other related duties as directed by the manager.
High school Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred.- 4 years minimum work experience in IT Support and/or technical troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills are essential
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy in a fast-paced environment while maintaining mature problem solving skills.
Ability and high motivation for researching and solving technical issues independently- Self starter requiring minimal supervision with the ability to follow through on tasks with little oversight
Ability to maintain a flexible attitude and successfully manage a high workload
- Must have proficiency in documentation, taking notes and meeting assigned targets
Candidate must be willing to work on-site
