IT Specialist

Manage network, firewall, and VOIP telephony system

• Setting up of workstations, computers, other office equipment, VPN and RDP configuration

Maintenance and monitoring of subscriptions such as domain, Office 365, websites, anti-virus, firewall, Teamviewer, etc

• Identify and recommend necessary IT equipment purchases and upgrades

Asset Management and maintenance

• Updating documentation for infrastructure, systems, and software.

Installation and update of hardware and software

• Support day-to-day operations of computer network

Maintenance of the company website

• Perform server upgrades for servers, workstations, printers, and other IT equipment

Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 and other various platforms

• Setting up RDP, VPNs, Firewalls, Router, Switches

Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress

• Onboarding Workstation Setup: Setting up Computers for new hires, Depending on the number of new hires and the client's software.

Contact with suppliers regarding purchasing of IT Assets.

• Monitoring work-from-home employees.

Inventory management

• QUALIFICATIONS:

Good communication skills

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Knowledge of network security

• Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): Network Security, Hardware, Telephony, Software, Adobe Photoshop

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
