Technical Support
- Provides technical support and IT services (hardware and software) to head office employees and the stores
Collaborate with different service providers (e.g., Cyware Inc, ISP, hardware vendors, mall admin & IT, etc.).
- Perform technical documentations, operation manuals, process flow review, and inventory and deployment procedures.
Set-up and assist on POS installation for new stores openings
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and maintenance of POS machines
Analytical, pro-active and can handle multiple priorities
- Background in the retail industry is an advantage
Knowledgeable in installing and troubleshooting computers for both hardware and software, network configuration, printers, and biometric devices.- Amenable to do on-site and/or weekend support
