Position Summary:
This position is primarily in charge of overseeing and maintaining computer hardware and software systems. He/She ensures that all technical issues concerning user accounts or company software infrastructure are effectively resolved. His/Her team will also support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish secure and reliable storage and processing of data and information
- Set up, manage and maintain computer hardware, software and network systems, and signal distribution
Service, troubleshoot, maintain and repair system issues and concerns on user accounts or company software infrastructure- Assist in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
Ensure sufficient and updated reports and monitoring of technical requirements and steps taken to resolve concerns
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the dates of completion- Attend in-person meetings with internal clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
Oversee issuance, documentation, maintenance and inventory management of all IT equipment
- Supervises all aspects of work assigned to his/her team
Plan out work schedules and allocation of resources towards a more effective and more efficient discharge of his/her team's functions.- Suggest changes/improvements on existing systems and procedures.
Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discusses other relevant concerns.
- Perform other related duties as may be required.

Required Skills:- Preferably with SAP and Sprout background
Highly proficient in the use and in the technical aspects of MS Office, computer systems, peripherals and network systems
- Good working knowledge on database and CRM
