Technical Skills:- In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Mac).
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).- Extensive experience with hardware troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
Advanced knowledge of IT security practices, including firewalls, antivirus software.
- Must be familiar with account administration (email, domain, and others).
Knowledgeable in web development.- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, Oracle) is a plus.
