Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Support the IT team in managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Perform regular system updates and backups.
Document and maintain IT procedures and user guides.- Assist in setting up and managing user accounts and permissions.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IT standards.
