Maintenance:
- User Support & Service onboarding new system users, managing network access/permissions, and other general network administration functions
IT Security cyber security functions (ensure that we adhere to information and network security protocols, especially in lieu of May 2022 data breach)
Strategic:- Business Intelligence SQL, database architecture, business analyst skills to develop new/improved tools
Data Management we already have a semblance of this with the item card team
- Data cleanup as we strive to develop better reporting, inevitably will need to clean up a lot of data in the system
Works with application development function to support mass uploads of data to aid item card cleanup- Application development system integrations, developing scripts/macros
I know Rico has good experience in this, as we've developed effective serial number tracking process for Nielsen manufacturing program
- We also want to develop better scripts to support mass uploads we have several quoting templates that are being used to this day to upload new item cards and BOMs into the system.
