We are seeking a skilled and results-driven IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and security. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing user support, and implementing new technologies to enhance business operations.
Responsibilities:
-Provide technical assistance and support. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
-Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Ensure network security and perform regular backups.
-Manage and maintain servers, including updates, backups, and security protocols. Administer and support enterprise applications and systems. Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks.
-Lead or assist in IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology implementations. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions. Document IT processes and procedures.
-Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools. Manage software licenses and hardware inventory.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-[3] years of experience in IT support and network management.
-Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
-Experience with network hardware and software
-Proficiency in system administration and enterprise applications
-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
