Graduate of Information Technology- At least withy 1 year experience
Installing and configurating computer hardware, software, system, networks, printers and scanner
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or ever the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology- Knowledgeable in POS and CCTV
