Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT with a focus on CRM systems.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems in a retail environment.- Experience in CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
Familiarity with sales and marketing processes within the retail industry.
