Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their needs and provide CRM solutions.
Customize and configure the CRM system to meet business requirements.
  • Train and support users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT with a focus on CRM systems.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems in a retail environment.
  • Experience in CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
Familiarity with sales and marketing processes within the retail industry.
