IT Software Associate

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program, design, and maintain software applications

• Troubleshooting system errors

Writing computer instructions

• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Managing database systems

• Support analysis and implementation of technology solutions based on client requirements

• QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate with a BS in Computer Science, Software Development, or any programming-related course

• Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards

Interest and excellent knowledge in IT systems, servers, networks, Cloud, and database support and administration work

• Capable of working on various operating systems including Windows, Apple IOS, and Linux Ubuntu

Attention to detail, analytical abilities, and ability to recognize trends in data

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

Excellent programming skills or developing software applications

• Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel Framework, and MySQL

Familiarity with Laravel Livewire

• Knowledge about any of the following programming languages: HTML, CSS, BOOTSTRAP/TAILWIND, and JavaScript

Experience with Vue.js or React.js _(experience is a plus but not required)_

• Experience with RESTful APIs _(experience is a plus but not required)_

Proficiency in debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
