We're #hiring for IT Service Desk at Collabera Digital!

Work set-up: WFH

Work Schedule: Shifting

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Service Desk position at Collabera Digital in Makati, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing IT service requests, and ensuring customer service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Has 2+ years experience as Service Desk
  • Must have experience in CRM Applications
  • Must have experience in Service Now.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in App Management, Server Management, Support Management
  • Experience in Active Directory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus
  • Can start ASAP
