Description

We are seeking an IT Service Desk professional with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in providing technical support to end-users in the SEA market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team
• Create and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
• Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in a technical support role
• Strong understanding of operating systems, hardware, and software
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
