Job Description:As the IT Service Desk Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT service desk during your assigned shift. You will provide technical support to end-users, supervise service desk staffs, and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1 year in a leadership or supervisory in technical role.
Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and service desk management tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
