Job Description

  • Monitor Tickets using Dashboard
  • Conduct initial checking on Tickets and provides basic troubleshooting
  • Assess and assign tickets to another tower to Support Group
  • Monitorand follow up nearing Breached/ Breached tickets
  • Provide Open ticket reports to MS Teams Group
  • Monitor Viber for Escalations
  • Assist user concern messages or calls via MS Teams and Viber
  • Monitor Timely Deactivation of SAP accounts for resigned employees (request for manual deactivation if not yet deactivated)
  • Create GRC Requests if there are any
  • Cascade Advisory from Regional or Local IT
  • Create PR/PO if there are any requests (Ariba System)
  • Process Invoices if there are any invoices from Vendor (Ariba System)
