Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical support or a related role.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
Experience with software applications support and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications and cloud services.
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.- Familiarity with databases and SQL.
Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
