Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
Experience with software applications support and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications and cloud services.
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL.
Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Understanding of networking principles and protocols.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Responsible for providing high-quality technical support for software applications and cloud services. This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing solutions to technical problems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php35,
  • 00 - Php40,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay
