Duties and Responsibilities- Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues through phone, email, and chat support
Escalating complaints to the relevant technical support departments for resolution- Providing accurate and timely updates to customers on the status of their technical issues
Answering queries about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of products
- Assisting end users who are having issues with networking, hardware, software, and other computer-related technologies
At least 18 months of experience in Service Desk
- Completed at least 1 year in college
Exceptional customer service skills- Excellent communication skills
Willing to start immediately and work onsite
- Must familiar with different ticketing tools
