Responsibilities:- Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis
Desktop connectivity troubleshooting- Application installation and support
Printer installation and support
- Client VPN installation and support
O365 Administration Support- Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
Active Directory user management and troubleshooting
Must be amenable to work onsite (BGC, Taguig)- Must be amenable to work night shift (Eastern Time)
Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Service Desk/Help Desk Support- Knowledge in troubleshooting on Active Directory, Desktop, Office 365, Windows Server, Firewall, VPN, End User Management
Must have good to excellent written/verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year experience in handling global/international clients
MCSA, AZ-900 or Network+, ITIL foundation
