Duties & Responsibilities:- As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you shall be the primary point of contact for all IT Incidents and Requests.
Act as a technical consultant on all customer interaction (Call, email, chat), treating each contact as an opportunity to provide customer satisfaction- Your role includes the provision of initial support using prepared scripts;
Creation of ticket for the request
- Assignment of request to a resolver.
Assess incidents and service request for initial troubleshooting- Escalates incidents to higher level resolving groups when these cannot be resolved at the first level
Performs other related tasks that may assign from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- 0 to 1 year of working experience as Service Desk/Helpdesk.
Knowledgeable in handling ticketing system is an advantage- Willing to extend hours or do overtime if necessary
