In this IT Service Desk Analyst role, you'll be providing Level 1 and 2 service desk support, ensuring seamless IT operations across various time zones, including South Africa. As a vital member of the team, you'll manage customer service calls, handle ticketing, and deliver top-tier tech support. Your responsibilities will also include leading initiatives that drive improvements and taking charge in support situations when necessary.

Key Responsibilities: Leading the IT Help Race!

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support to resolve service desk tickets and customer calls.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on satisfaction.
  • Handle ticket management, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Take on leadership initiatives within the support team.
  • Support a global client base, working primarily in the South Africa time zone.
  • Rotate shifts as needed to accommodate business requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Tech Know-How in Every Thread!

  • 2-3 years of experience in service desk support (Level 1 and 2).
  • Proven experience in call support and ticket management.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with international teams.
  • Some leadership experience or demonstrated leadership initiative preferred.
  • Ability to work the required shifts and on-site in Ortigas.
