SERVICE DELIVERY TEAM LEAD Job Description
Work set-up: On-site
Schedule: Shifting (Working on Holidays)
Salary: up to 150k, depending on experience

Qualifications:
- atleast 5 years leadership experience background in cloud operations/engineering
- Technical understanding is useful (cloud, ITIL, methodologies, IT Operations) work ethics, mindset, good communication, assertive
- The role is more of performance management and people management (guidance, coaching, methodologies, leave approval, day to day operations)
- The team is comprised of individual contributors who are cloud, platform, system, and data engineers each of them has tech savy / tech guru in the group
- The service delivery lead is also the poc of customers/clients go to person when customers have questions
