The Infra and Network Officer ensures availability and reliability of any equipment categorized by data center components, computers, network components not limited to servers, storage, network and router equipment in the medical center. This includes management of infrastructure security, server load balancers, web application firewall. Including upstream, providers, etc. The accountability list specific to the individual will be provided by the hiring manager. Oversee Vendor related metrics and performance as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 4 years experience in an organization with a large level, 24x7, mission critical operations environment supporting enterprise systems
- Proficient in Windows and Linux Operating Systems Administration, or Networking and Routing
- Good verbal and written communication and listening skills; computer literate, detailoriented and meticulous, accounting-related technical skills and knowledge; basic program facilitation, presentation skills, knowledgeable in software development life cycle, knowledgeable in training needs analysis, conceptualizing training plan and assessment of training programs. Ensuring maximum efficiency, effectiveness, flexibility and responsiveness to the assessment, design and implementation
