As a Mall IT Support, you will be responsible in handling the following responsibilities:
Administer the compliance of Percentage-Paying Merchants sales monitoring requirements
Administer all Point of Sales (POS) Applications and connections
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of POS reports for submission to Ayala Malls Group Compliance Team and Mall Operations
Support merchants POS related concerns, Supervision/Administration of POS IT Equipment
Prepare budget for IT requirements
Provide helpdesk support for corporate users
Supervision/Administration of Mall Corporate IT Equipment and coordination with Ayala Malls
Group IT Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
At least two (2) years of experience in POS support and hardware troubleshooting
With good communication skill and able to multitask.
