The IT Security Operations Officer monitors and administers corporate security devices and applications including, but not limited to, Firewalls, Proxy Appliances, SIEM, Domain Controller, DNS, Cloud Infra, Google Workspace, etc.
- Graduate of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering BS IT or other related field
- Should have at least 2-3 years working experience in Security Administration. Prior experience as Security Operations support in a bank is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in administering SIEM
- Fundamental knowledge in enterprise network security infrastructure including maintaining firewalls and web proxy
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting and administering the following: Microsoft technologies, Windows Server 2012 R2 and/or higher, Active Directory and Group Policy, DNS, WINS, and Windows Server Update Services
- Knowledgeable in administering Trend Micro MDM and Endpoint Encryption
- Should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
