The focus of the Support Solutions SSSP role is to drive & close Support Solutions opportunities. Key accountabilities include:
* Ensure holistic customer planning that will increase Microsofts share of wallet through Support Solutions projects and advisory services
* Work with the Account Executive (AE) to leverage knowledge from the Account Team Unit (ATU) and Specialist Team Unit (STU), to ensure alignment with the overall account strategy and identify leads to develop Microsoft Support Solutions opportunities
* Work with the Enterprise Services Account Executive (SE) for Services team planning. Where there is no SE coverage, orchestrate and drive planning for the Enterprise Services account-aligned team, including Account Delivery Executives (ADEs), Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Digital Advisors (DAs), balancing both sales and delivery priorities
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- ·5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
- Must be open in accepting 18-month contract
- Salary Budget: Php 100,000-130,000
- Must be open in working in Makati City (Hybrid Arrangement)
Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Leads customer engagements with industry insights, advising on digital transformation, and driving deals. Orchestrates with teams to discover new leads and apply sales processes while collaborating with partners to deliver business value.
- Customer Growth and Consumption: Drives business growth with strategic customers through demos, quotes, and collaboration with partners. Ensures effective deployment plans for licensing transactions and explores customer needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Strategic Relationships and Deal Closure: Builds strong external networks, engages executive decision-makers, and leads deal execution. Develops strategies for closing high-priority opportunities and coaches others on closing deals.
- Scaling and Collaboration: Leverages internal and external resources to scale opportunities. Coordinates with partners to validate solutions, cross-sell, and up-sell while fostering collaboration across different territories.
- Sales Excellence and Market Development: Leads business analysis to explore emerging opportunities, optimize portfolios, and enhance customer satisfaction. Engages in strategic account planning and forecasts to drive intentional selling in high-potential accounts.
