Job Purpose:The IT Sales Representative or the Account Manager will be responsible for achieving gross revenue and profit targets through the sale of specified products and solutions to assigned territories and accounts.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and expand customer base within the designated territory/accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify and understand customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and fulfillment of customer needs.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Bachelor's degree of any related course.
Relevant years of experience in business development and/or in end-to-end sales.
- Experience in IT Selling is an advantage (IT Product, Solution, Services)
